1. General
By installing this app (as defined subsequently), you adhere to the terms and conditions. By continuing to use this app, you adhere to the fact of being bound by terms and conditions which in turn are subject to change under full discretion of Med Prepa. Considering you do not agree to new terms and conditions, you are free to uninstall Med Prepa app any time. Read the following carefully before installing.
2. Definitions
By "Application" we designate the software proposed to you by Med Prepa to render the service of preparation for medical school competitive examination, for use on Apple iOS and Android OS and all periodical updates, and all hardware or softwares enabling the use od the application.
3. Data protection
All personal information submitted to Med Prepa through the use of the application shall be used by Med Prepa in accordance to its confidentiality policy.

This access is subject to terms and conditions of use of aforementioned Med Prepa website.
5. Copyright
5.1 All trademark, author, or relative to data base including all other intellectual rights regardless of their nature in the application embedded in the software code are direct property of Med Prepa.
5.2 Med Prepa here by offers a non-exclusive worldwide licence , free of debt, revocable to make a personal use of its application in accordance to its terms and conditions.
5.3 Access to full application is mediated by subscription tuitions paid in a single installment under terms agreed upon by Med Prepa and the customer. The said tuition offers full licence for a period of eight months starting from subscription date and are non-reimbursable
6. Conditions of use
6.1 You shall not, nor shall permit to a third party in your name to (i) copy and redistribute copies of the application (ii) attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the application ; or (iii) create any product derived from the application regardless of the form such might take.
6.2 A trial version of the app is currently available for personal use only, with non-commercial ends. Med Prepa reserves the right to modify or to charge fees for the application or services provided to you in accordance to these terms and conditions at any time regardless of the motive.
6.3 You acknowledge that the terms between you and network service providers remain enforceable throughout your use of the application. Consequently, charges may be applied by your network service provider for the duration of your connection throughout your use of the application including third party fees which may apply. You fully take responsibility for such fees payment.
6.4 Provided you are not the owner of the terminal used to connect using the application, you acknowledge having received authorization from this person to utilize the application.
6.5 Med Prepa shall not endorse responsibility for the use of this application towards advertisement ends. The user is fully accountable for any information he presents to third parties regarding the application :
• As shown or presented to the third parties to the application to which you already are connected.
• Show or present videos from the application to which you already are connected.
• Show or present screenshots revealing information from the application to which you already are connected.
• Show or present images you've captured revealing information from the application to which you already are connected.
7. Availability
7.1 This application is available to terminals running Apple iOS and Android OS. Med Prepa puts in place reasonable means to ensure the applications continuous functionality. Nevertheless, you agree that the application's services are rendered through internet and mobile networks, Med Prepa thus declines responsibility for any impairment to the application's service continuity due to factors out of its reasonable control.
7.2 Med Prepa and its associates any respoonsibility regardless of its nature which might stem from unavailability of the application, or any other difficulty or inability to download or access content from the application or any other system failure which the application's unavailability might cause.
7.3 You accept using the application "as it is". Med Prepa declines responsibility for any assistance or maintenance relating to the application.
8. Required systems
8.1 In order to use the Application, a compatible smartphone or mobile device is required, an internet access and minimum requirements conditions must equally be matched ("Software requirements").
8.2 Software requirements are as follows : Apple iOS terminals under atleast iOS 9 and Android OS terminals under at least Android 5.1 ;
8.3 Software version of the application might be improved anytime to support new functions and render new services.
9. Resiliation
9.1 Med Prepa witholds the right to terminate the service rendering anytime with immediate effect providing prior resiliation notice.
9.2 During resiliation, (a) all rights and licences given by the following terms are resigned ; (b) you must stop all use of the application ;
10. Responsibility limitation
10.1 Under no circumstances shall Med Prepa be held accountable for losses or direct/indirect/punitive/specific/special/exemplary/consecutive, or any other damage, related to the use or access to the application, including but not limited to benefits loss or other, having been envisioned by parties or not, based on contract termination or caused by voluntary act (including negligence).
10.2 Med Prepa declines all responsibility for any damage inquired by your equipments, including but not limited to computer apparati, portable apparati or mobile phones after installation and/or usage of the Application.
11. Warranty exclusion
Within the frame of law and top avoid all ambiguity, Med Prepa here by declines warranties regarding the Application. The Application and software are delivered "as they are" and "following availability" without any form of warranty.
12. You hence acknowledge that, you freely submit personnal data during subscription process and throughout application usage. Were you not to provide enough information, Med Prepa might be unable to process your subscription request.
13. You understand that all personal information submitted are used by Med Prepa to process request, ongoing and future operations and contract obligations of Med Prepa (subsequently referred to as "Ends"). Personnal data collected shall not be revealed to third parties unless to meet the ends.
14. You understand that you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information and this right to access comprises a right to get a copy of your personal information and file from Med Prepa in exchange of fee payment.
15. Med Prepa witholds the right to send advertisements or other promotional material periodically. You understand your right to unsubscribe and stop receiving such advertisements at any time by filing a note to Med Prepa.
